Parameter’s like strength of the product, heat resistance, durability  flexibility and Process Check’s like in process check’s, on line checking , random checks, Pre Dispatch Quality Inspection etc. ensure that the quality of the product supplied to the customer is as per the commitment assured. Rigorous quality measures at taken at every stage starting from raw material procurement till the final product is ready for dispatch. We consistently train our team and make them aware of our quality policy. This is to ensure that all the
products manufactured by us are in conformance to the international standards.​

Testing Facilities

01.

Drop Test - 

We have installed a state of the art unique
automatic Drop testor on which we can drop the
containers filled with water from any height and
angle as required

Pneumatic Testing-

The containers are subjected to an air pressure of 0.35kg/sq.cm for 1 minute to ensure there is no
rupture or leakage

Pin Hole Testing

Closure leakage testing

The same containers of pneumatic test are put in a
water tank to ensure that there is no pin hole or
leakage

A superimposed weight (Equivalent to the weight of the filled containers) is placed on flat surface resting on top of the containers for a period of 15 days to ensure there is no deformation or leakage.

Filled containers are kept on a completely flat surface
to ensure there is no leakage from the closures.

Handle strength testing-

The containers are held by its handle and the allowed
to fall from a height of 600mmand subjected to three drops to ensure the handle and the container have not received and damage.

Print adhesion testing

Wall thickness testing-

The article is cut as required and the cut sections are
observed and measured to ensure there is uniform
wall thickness at all areas of the article.

An adhesive tape is stuck on the printed matter on
the containers and removed after 2 hours to make sure there is no damage to the printed matter
